Pre-team Director & Team/Recreational Coach

Coach Kristen started gymnastics at the age of 2 and competed as part of a club team as a Level 9 gymnast before transitioning to her high school team her sophomore year. As a junior, she also earned the title of State Vault Champion. She began coaching while she was still in high school and has continued to pursue her passion for coaching young athletes. Over the years, she has worked extensively with competitive gymnasts and currently serves as the BIG Preteam Director.

Coach Kristen is a compulsory and optional beam and floor coach, specializing in developing strong fundamentals while helping athletes build confidence and excellence in their routines.
Coach Kristen graduated from North Central College with a degree in Business.
