Welcome, from the BIG Booster Club!
The BIG Booster Club, which we will refer to as the BBC, is a recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization made up of team parents who love the sport of gymnastics, and wish to support and encourage their daughters and their daughters’ teammates.
It is our purpose to promote team spirit and camaraderie
through organized team activities and to provide opportunities for, and encourage participation in, fundraisers and special events to benefit the competition team gymnasts of Balance Institute of Gymnastics.
The BBC plays an important role throughout the year, working directly with the coaching staff to plan events, administer accounting support, and maintain open lines of communication to parents. We have heard repeatedly in the past that lack of communication is a common frustration in the gymnastics world. This is something that BIG wants to change. This website was developed with that frustration in mind. It is our goal to utilize this site as a communications hub for the booster club and the gym. The BBC officers welcome any team related questions, input, ideas, concerns and praises.
Being a gymnast is hard work. We, as parents, should strive to promote the mental, physical and moral development of our team members. We are here to celebrate with one another during our successes, as well as to comfort one another during difficult times.
With all that said, we look forward to another fantastic season!
